Description
To celebrate the end of summer I've painted a series of 4 solid wooden hearts with some of my favourite little Qur'an quotes.
Painted in a soft vintage green and decorated with a delicate pink rose with gently sanded and rounded edges, each one has a little Islamic quote on one side in Arabic and on the other its English translation.
This piece quotes from Surat 9:40 of al-Qur'an:
"Don't be sad, Allah is with us"
لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَنَا
It is hung from a loop of pretty soft pink, satin-edged organza ribbon - perfect to hang from a door knob, bed post, rear view mirror or hook.
This is a one-off piece and completely unique.
